The Acıbadem Hospital in Taksim, which has been part of the Acıbadem Healthcare Group since October 2015, was put into operation as a general hospital in the Taksim district, which is steeped in history, with its large interior area of 24 thousand square metres. The historical atmosphere is to be highlighted by the paintings used in the interior design.
  
Thanks to its 15-storey building, which is characterized by its simple and natural appearance, it adds a new atmosphere to the silhouette of the Taksim-Beyoğlu area. Planned to fully meet the needs of patients and relatives, the hospital’s wide ceilings ensure that sunlight floods in from every angle, while at the same time the green elements used in the waiting areas highlight its spaciousness.

Location

Due to its location as well as its facilities such as cafeteria, hair salons and place of worship, Acıbadem Taksim is favoured by both domestic and foreign visitors. Taksim Square, one of Istanbul’s most famous squares, with its numerous shops, hotels, restaurants, entertainment and cultural facilities, and Contemporary Istanbul, a contemporary art organization that has become a hallmark of Istanbul, are about 5 minutes away. In just 10 minutes you can reach the Istanbul Modern Art Museum, the first contemporary art museum in Turkey, which features productions from the fields of modern art, photography, architecture and cinema, as well as Madame Tussauds Istanbul, where you can admire the wax figures of famous personalities.  

Acıbadem Taksim Hospital can be reached in about 40 minutes from Istanbul Airport, depending on traffic. Patients can choose between two different room options, Standard and Type A Suite. With a capacity of 93 beds and 7 operating theatres, the hospital offers services in almost all fields of medicine with its experienced team of doctors, most medical specialties such as ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat, aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgery, gynecology and general surgery. Since its opening, the hospital has stood out with its high-quality services and contributed to the upgrading of the healthcare sector with state-of-the-art medical equipment of the latest technology.

Since 2020, Acıbadem Hospital Taksim has been under the professional management of Dr. Tamer Karşıdağ. The chief physician is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University and has many years of professional experience at home and abroad.
