Our Recap: Two Intense Days of Clinical Training, a Strong Community, and Real Clinical Practice

  • Date: October 10–11, 2025
  • Location: Istanbul – Day 1 at Radisson Blu Şişli, Day 2 at REGEN Clinic, Beşiktaş
  • Partners: ISSCA, REGEN, MedClinics

We were there – and proud to have co-curated this advanced, physician-focused training together with ISSCA and REGEN. The event successfully bridged the gap between theory, standardized protocols, and authentic clinical practice. For two full days, we worked, discussed, and observed alongside colleagues from multiple specialties – and most importantly, we learned from one another.

What Made This Training Stand Out

  • Clear practical focus: Day 1 established the scientific foundation and translated it directly into clinical decision-making. Day 2 showed its real-world implementation with live procedures at REGEN Clinic – including SVF/BMAC, PRP, exosome applications, aspiration techniques, and orthobiologic or anti-aging use cases. Participation was in observation mode, providing an unfiltered look at sterile workflows, documentation, and team coordination.
  • Limited group size: With a maximum of 20 physicians, discussions remained precise, questions stayed focused, and every participant had time to address their own cases.
  • International standard: Fully ISSCA-certified, following structured protocols, clear indication criteria, and realistic expectations for patient outcomes.

The Agenda in Brief – and Our Highlights

Day 1 – Theory, Protocols, Case Studies (Radisson Blu Şişli)

A dense, well-structured journey through cellular biology, exosome mechanisms, orthobiology, neurology, aesthetics, pain medicine, as well as NAD, peptides, and genetics/epigenetics.

The value lay in the logic of progression: from the “why” (biology), to the “how” (protocols), and finally the “for what purpose” (clinical objectives).

Lectures included topics such as Stem Cells & Exosomes, CNS Disorders, Nerve & Disc Indications, Orthobiologics, Genetics/Epigenetics, and NAD & Peptides – complemented by breaks that were genuinely used for professional exchange.

Day 2 – Live Demonstrations (REGEN Clinic, Beşiktaş)

Anti-aging, pain management, and orthopedic applications; exosome protocols; lipoaspiration and bone marrow aspiration; as well as isolation techniques for SVF, BMAC, and PRP.

Each step was demonstrated clearly – educational, structured, and clinically relevant.

Photography was limited, but observation was encouraged, creating an honest, close-up view of daily clinical practice – something most trainings rarely achieve.

Our Key Takeaways:

  • Transferability: The protocols were not just shown; they were broken down into clinical decision trees – Indication → Selection of biologics → Technique → Follow-up.
  • Boundaries & safety: A constant focus on sterile procedure, documentation, and responsible indication – no false promises, just sound medical reasoning.
  • Interdisciplinarity: Neurology, orthopedics, aesthetics, PM&R, and integrative medicine – the format encouraged us to think beyond silos and connect therapeutic principles across fields.

The People Who Set the Tone

The ISSCA faculty and the REGEN teams carried the program both scientifically and didactically.

Consistent messages across sessions and concrete “dos and don’ts” made it highly applicable – something participants could bring straight into their clinical routines on Monday morning.

What Participants Took Home

  • Structure over hype: A clear thread from the cell to the indication – with well-defined criteria for when not to treat.
  • Step-by-step approach: From patient selection to aftercare – including sterile workflow and documentation standards.
  • Network & mentoring: Valuable professional exchange and direct access to the ISSCA, REGEN, and MedClinics communities – essential for follow-up questions and continuous quality development.

Locations & Setting

  • Day 1: Radisson Blu Hotel, Şişli – central, easily accessible, and ideal for focused learning.
  • Day 2: REGEN Clinic, Beşiktaş – a live clinical setting with real patient cases that brought theory into context.

Thank You – and What Comes Next

A heartfelt thank you to all participants, faculty members, on-site teams, and our partners ISSCA and REGEN.

The open exchange, precision in protocol design, and honest discussions about indications, limitations, and outcome evaluation are exactly what regenerative medicine needs to progress.

We look forward to the next chapter – with more formats that connect scientific knowledge and real-world clinical practice.

The next training will take place in Istanbul on 9th and 10th of January 2026!
