Just Back from Rome: MedClinics’ Journey at the 2025 Stem Cell Conference
We’ve just returned from an amazing two days at the 2025 Stem Cell Conference, held from 24th until 25th March 2025 at the beautiful NH Roma Villa Carpegna. Nestled in a peaceful area near the Vatican, the hotel offered a tranquil setting for this prestigious international event. The venue’s serene surroundings, coupled with its historical ambiance, created an inspiring environment for productive discussions and networking.
Imagine this: scientists and doctors from all over the world gathered in a serene Italian villa, exchanging groundbreaking research while enjoying espresso during the breaks.
The stem cell conference, organized by the World Organization for Cell Science (WOCS), truly felt like a gathering of the leading figures in stem cell therapies and regenerative medicine. Under the guidance of WOCS President Deby Vinski, we had the chance to connect with brilliant minds from countries including, but not limited to, the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates and Russia. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as researchers shared their latest discoveries and discussed the future of stem cell treatments.
Our founder, Halis Işık, had the honor of taking the stage to present MedClinics’ insights on the possibility to creatively combine the various research and put the new methods into practice. Above all, he emphasized the importance of making stem cell therapy understandable for everyone and making it accessible to patients. It was particularly rewarding for us to be part of these vital discussions about the future of regenerative medicine.
The stem cell conference was expertly moderated by Darwin Eaton, a well-respected figure in the field of regenerative medicine and Chief Science Officer at Vasogenesis Inc, USA. With his extensive experience in healthcare and biotechnology, Darwin brought a level of expertise and professionalism that enriched the discussions and facilitated seamless exchanges among participants. His role as moderator ensured that the event flowed smoothly and that all voices were heard in a collaborative environment.
Between presentations, we engaged in meaningful conversations with fellow pioneers in the field. We found ourselves sketching ideas for collaboration on napkins and exchanging insights for future research projects. There’s something uniquely enriching about connecting face-to-face with others who share our dedication to advancing stem cell science.
For us at MedClinics, this conference was not just about staying up-to-date; it was about challenging the status quo and discovering innovative ways to support our patients. We’re returning to our work invigorated and inspired, eager to implement these new insights. We’ll keep you updated as we continue to explore the frontiers of regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy. Every breakthrough brings us one step closer to better treatments for the people who matter most — our patients.
