Milyarlarca minik &#8220;\u0131\u015f\u0131k&#8221; &#8211; n\u00f6ronlar\u0131n\u0131z &#8211; karma\u015f\u0131k sokaklarda mesajlar g\u00f6ndererek kalbinizin atmas\u0131n\u0131, ci\u011ferlerinizin dolmas\u0131n\u0131, kollar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n hareket etmesini, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinizin akmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. \u015eehir 24 saat, 7 g\u00fcn boyunca durmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eimdi bir anda elektriklerin kesildi\u011fini hayal edin. Oksijen &#8211; yak\u0131t &#8211; kesilir. Kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 &#8211; da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m a\u011f\u0131 &#8211; durur. \u0130lk ba\u015fta, baz\u0131 sistemler yedeklerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam eder. Ancak dakikalar ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e \u0131\u015f\u0131klar titrer ve s\u00f6ner. Elektrikler nihayet geri geldi\u011finde, \u015fehrin baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgeleri eskisi gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaz. Baz\u0131 binalar hasar g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Baz\u0131 yollar sonsuza kadar kapan\u0131r.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hipoksik-iskemik ensefalopati veya HIE&#8217;de olan budur. Ba\u015fka bir sorunun sonucu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir hasard\u0131r. Yenido\u011fanlarda hamilelik veya do\u011fum s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7ocuklarda veya yeti\u015fkinlerde kalp durmas\u0131, \u015fiddetli travma, bo\u011fulma veya beynin oksijen alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 herhangi bir krizin ard\u0131ndan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oksijen ve kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, beyin h\u00fccreleri i\u015flev bozuklu\u011fu g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flar. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 dakikalar i\u00e7inde \u00f6l\u00fcr. Di\u011ferleri ise stresli bir duruma girer ve daha fazla hasara kar\u015f\u0131 savunmas\u0131z hale gelir.
