Ancak \u00e7o\u011fu zaman iyile\u015fme yava\u015flar, ilerleme durur ve aileler bana &#8220;Bekleyebilece\u011fimiz tek \u015fey bu mu?&#8221; diye sorar. Y\u0131llar boyunca cevab\u0131m ihtiyatl\u0131yd\u0131. Bug\u00fcn ise k\u00f6k h\u00fccre ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 sayesinde \u015funu s\u00f6yleyebilirim: &#8220;Hala bir umut olabilir.&#8221;   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"causes-the-unexpected-moments\">Travmatik Beyin Hasar\u0131n\u0131n (TBI) Nedenleri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Travmatik beyin hasar\u0131 (TBI) hi\u00e7bir uyar\u0131 vermeden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Normal bir g\u00fcn, bir saniye i\u00e7inde \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu s\u00fcrecek bir m\u00fccadeleye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"road-traffic-accidents\">Karayolu trafik kazalar\u0131 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eiddetli bir hareket, kafatas\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmasa bile beyni b\u00fckebilir veya gerginle\u015ftirebilir. Bir kazadan sonra d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen 23 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bir genci hat\u0131rl\u0131yorum, ancak arkada\u015flar\u0131 bana &#8220;O art\u0131k ayn\u0131 ki\u015fi de\u011fil&#8221; demi\u015flerdi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"falls\">D\u00fc\u015fmeler <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fc\u015fmeler \u00f6zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131lar i\u00e7in y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilir. Halsizlik, konu\u015fma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve haf\u0131za sorunlar\u0131 aylarca s\u00fcrebilir. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 iyi bir \u015fekilde iyile\u015firken, di\u011ferleri iyile\u015femez.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"severe-tbi\">\u015eiddetli TBI<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlar bizi en \u00e7ok zorlayan vakalard\u0131r. Hastalar bilin\u00e7siz, bazen komada gelebilirler. Hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kurtarsak bile, iyile\u015fmeleri belirsizdir.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciddiyetin \u00f6tesinde, hasar\u0131n \u015fekli de \u00f6nemlidir. Konu\u015fma merkezindeki bir zedelenme, beyin genelinde yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f mikroskobik bir hasardan farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k, ailelerin iyile\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini asla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmamalar\u0131 gerekti\u011finin nedenidir.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"symptoms-the-hidden-burden-with-tbi\">Travmatik Beyin Hasar\u0131n\u0131n Belirtileri \u2013 Gizli Y\u00fck<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TBI ile ilgili en b\u00fcy\u00fck zorluk, bir\u00e7ok yaralanman\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Hasta g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte iyi olabilir, ancak her g\u00fcn sessizce eksiklikleriyle m\u00fccadele edebilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cognitive-changes\">Bili\u015fsel de\u011fi\u015fiklikler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Haf\u0131za kayb\u0131, konsantrasyon bozuklu\u011fu, d\u00fcrt\u00fcsellik. Bir m\u00fchendis bana \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: &#8220;Eskiden sistemler tasarl\u0131yordum. \u015eimdi ise al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f listemi bile hat\u0131rlayam\u0131yorum.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"physical-symptoms\">Fiziksel belirtiler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, halsizlik veya n\u00f6betler. Hasta odada y\u00fcr\u00fcrken bile dengesiz hissedebilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sensory-loss\">Duyusal kay\u0131p<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6rme bulan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kulak \u00e7\u0131nlamas\u0131 veya tat ve koku alma duyusunun kayb\u0131. Bir keresinde bir a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 tedavi etmi\u015ftim. Onun i\u00e7in tat alma duyusunu kaybetmek bir felaketti. Duygusal de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ve davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"emotional-changes-and-changes-in-behavior\">Duygusal de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ve davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinirlilik, depresyon veya ki\u015filik de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri. Akrabalar genellikle eskiden \u00f6nlerinde olan ki\u015fiyi \u00f6zlerler; art\u0131k ayn\u0131 ki\u015fi de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bazen bu semptomlar yava\u015f yava\u015f azalabilir veya kaybolabilir, ancak di\u011fer durumlarda kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak devam edebilir.
