Zamanla k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fir, tipik olarak belirli kas gruplar\u0131nda ba\u015flar ve yay\u0131l\u0131r. Baz\u0131 t\u00fcrleri kalbi veya solunum kaslar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyerek ya\u015fam\u0131 bile tehdit edebilir. Genellikle erkek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 etkileyen a\u011f\u0131r bir hastal\u0131k \u015feklidir. DMD&#8217;li ki\u015filer tipik olarak 12 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar y\u00fcr\u00fcme yetene\u011fini kaybeder ve nadiren 30 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7erler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Becker musk\u00fcler distrofi (BMD)<\/strong> DMD&#8217;ye benzer, ancak hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n daha hafif bir \u015feklidir. KMY olan ki\u015filer tipik olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcme yetene\u011fini korur ve yeti\u015fkinli\u011fe kadar ya\u015fayabilirler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facioscapulohumeral musk\u00fcler distrofi (FSHD)<\/strong> y\u00fcz, omuz ve \u00fcst kol kaslar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen ve yava\u015f ilerleyen bir MD t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. FSHD&#8217;li ki\u015filer konu\u015fma, yutma ve omuz hareketlerinde zorluk ya\u015fayabilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limb-girdle musk\u00fcler distrofi (LGMD)<\/strong> kol ve bacak kaslar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen bir grup hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. LGMD hafif veya \u015fiddetli olabilir ve ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131 LGMD&#8217;nin t\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>MD&#8217;nin nedeni genetik bir mutasyondur.<\/strong>  Bu mutasyonlar ebeveynlerden miras al\u0131nabilir veya kendili\u011finden olu\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>MD&#8217;nin tedavisi yoktur.<\/strong>  Bununla birlikte, semptomlar\u0131 ve ya\u015fam kalitesini iyile\u015ftirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilecek tedaviler vard\u0131r. Bu tedaviler aras\u0131nda fizik tedavi, ila\u00e7 tedavisi ve ameliyat yer al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>K\u00f6k h\u00fccreler<\/strong> \u00e7o\u011falabilen ve v\u00fccudunuzda farkl\u0131 h\u00fccre t\u00fcrlerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilen \u00f6zel h\u00fccrelerdir. Hasarl\u0131 dokular\u0131 potansiyel olarak onarabilecek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck tamir ekipleri gibidirler.  <strong>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar halen kas distrofisi i\u00e7in k\u00f6k h\u00fccre tedavisinin nas\u0131l kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/strong>  \u0130lk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, k\u00f6k h\u00fccre tedavisinin kas fonksiyonunu iyile\u015ftirebilece\u011fini ve hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilerlemesini azaltabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kas distrofisinin tedavisinde k\u00f6k h\u00fccre tedavisi <strong>hasarl\u0131 kas h\u00fccrelerini de\u011fi\u015ftirmek<\/strong>, kaslar\u0131 onarmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan <strong>b\u00fcy\u00fcme fakt\u00f6rlerini \u00fcretmek<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>ve <strong>yeni kas dokusu olu\u015fturmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stemcelltherapy.gen.tr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">K\u00f6k h\u00fccre tedavisi<\/a> <strong>musk\u00fcler distrofi i\u00e7in<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>umut verici yeni bir tedavidir.<\/strong> Daha fazla ara\u015ft\u0131rma ile bu tedavi, bu hastal\u0131\u011fa sahip insanlar\u0131n ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in yeni bir yol sa\u011flayabilir.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130nmenin neden oldu\u011fu zorluklar\u0131 anl\u0131yoruz ve iyile\u015fme yolculu\u011funuzun her ad\u0131m\u0131nda size destek olmak i\u00e7in buraday\u0131z.
